What is Mindful Creativity?

Mindful Creativity is a great way to relax, unwind and enjoy creativity to enhance our sense of wellness. Think of it like yoga – but with a paintbrush – or a pen and notepad! If you’re looking for a way to connect with your inner voice as you develop your own personal creative practice, and have fun with creative exercises such as doodling, sketching, journaling and mixed media painting, Mindful Creativity might be just the thing for you!

About my courses and workshops

If we haven’t already met, my name is Jordan and I’m an artist, writer and creative-all rounder. When people visit my art studio, I often found myself saying how similar art and yoga are – and it’s true! Both provide a great way to slow down, de-stress, and gravitate to a more peaceful, reflective state. And so, Mindful Creativity came about! You don’t need the skills of an artist to enjoy this practice. All you need is curiosity, the desire to have fun, and to have an interest in seeing how breathwork, meditation and creative play can come together to enhance our sense of wellbeing.
