Chris, Magic and I have officially parked ourselves at The Entrance, on the NSW Central Coast, for the next twelve months. We’re newly settled into a townhouse that is five minutes away from Tuggerah Lake on one side, and five minutes from the ocean on the other side. For me, being situated right in the middle of two stunning bodies of water is bliss! The images below and right are from a recent afternoon walk to the beach. How lucky do I feel! Also below, more of the beautiful nature from our Central Coast surrounds. I’m still setting up my creative space but I’m getting so much inspiration from nature – I can’t wait to get started!

I’ve been enjoying lovely, meditative walks in all sorts of weather, getting up close with my phone to shoot pics of flowers and plants with all of their glorious detail and colour!

Long Jetty is just down the way from us. It’s the name of an actual jetty, as well as a suburb! It’s also the place I now go every morning for my coffee fix – can you believe there’s a cafe that opens at 4:30am? And below is the beautiful Terrigal Lagoon at sunrise. Before we moved to The Entrance, I walked this route every day. And every time, I got to see a different sunrise.

We’ve had a very beachy summer with Magic learning more about Big Waves and getting more comfortable running in and out of the surf. Above photos are of my new favourite, Shelly Beach, and right; an old haunt from when I was a kid, Avoca Beach.
