I engaged Jordan to deliver two Mindful Creativity workshops for our organisation’s end of year Staff Hui. My brief to Jordan was to offer a 40-minute workshop to help participants explore creative ways to manage stress, enhance wellbeing, and have fun at the same time. Jordan’s Mindful Mandala workshops were delivered to over 80 participants on the day, and we received, positive feedback from kaimahi that they learned beneficial. tools and knowledge through participating. I especially enjoyed the ‘mindful moments’ meditation and music. I found this to be helpful in creating a calm space inside, to rest and arrive with intention – to be creative. I enjoyed connecting the with other ladies, a chance to relax and play with colour always makes me happy.
