168 Days of Magic – 6-month Mindful Creativity studio programme

What is Mindful Creativity?
Mindful Creativity is a great way to relax, unwind and enjoy creativity to enhance our sense of wellness. Think of it like yoga – but with a paintbrush! If you’re looking for a way to connect with your inner voice as you develop your own personal creative practice, and have fun with creative exercises such as doodling, sketching, and mixed media painting, Mindful Creativity might be just the thing for you!
About 168 Days of Magic
My Mindful Creativity programmes are where I bring the spirit of yoga and mindful reflection to the art of creativity to create a fun, relaxing and playful experience that can also be very relaxing and restorative. And that can help us bring ourselves back to our centre. 168 Days of Magic aims to help you achieve a sense of peace, connectedness and wellness. A six-month creative journey, the programme gets you writing, doodling, drawing, painting, exploring nature and deepening your connection with your inner self.

I found the studio is spacious, with good light, and having Jordan’s artwork around is inspiring. I loved we were able to use all the surrounding areas, especially given the weather. – Anita
Lovely and inspirational space, perfect for this workshop. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Good amenities. Content was spot on and easy to understand, well planned schedule with just the right amount of time for each task, not too long but just short enough to have time to do the task and not enough to overanalyse. – Monica
Lovely airy space to be. Lovely grounds to sit in too. Parking onsite was a bonus! It was nice to get a chance to meet others and hear about them. Loved the easy way Jordan spoke and related to all of us. – Vicki
I loved this course and have already recommended it to some of my other arty friends. – Jo
Beautiful inspiring workspace and gardens. Nice to have time to focus and think on questions designed to expand our horizons. I also loved the idea of being able to explore colour – it’s qualities and how it makes you feel. The course gave me an opportunity to take a few hours out each month for myself. I gave myself permission to reflect, explore, create and respond to my inner thoughts. The course content and facilitation was excellent, providing a warm, encouraging and safe environment for mindfulness and creativity. – Yvonna
